The scraping that was developed at CTC1 is now working again – and has been enhanced and problems fixed.

The data is now being pulled into Python dictionaries.

Team Thehardest20

They have cleansed the two data tables, and processed the resulting file. That is now being shown on Google mpas – with point and polygon data.

Team Chillcat

they have now created @aberdeenevents_ and is test tweeting locations of facilities. This is drawn from MatchTheCity. They will now switch to pulling and tweeting activities form the same source – eg exercise class happening tomorrow.

Team EMP

The team is working on mapping the process of selecting a GP, distance, gender, or client rating.

in parallel, they are looking at linking with FitBit and Project Ginsberg – allowing the user to self-diagnose and access activities to address their condition.
