Team EMP (the EMpowered Patient)
Tackling the challenge – how does a smart individual interact with their GP?
Also looking at opportunities around educating people to address their own health issues.
They’re taking two tables of data about community organisations and merging and exporting those from a closed source, processing and cleaning the data, then uploading it as both Open Data and to a mapping site.
Team: Sportl
They are creating a sport engine which will enable citizens to find sports clubs, teachers or peers to participate in sport with.
Their project pulls data from MatchTheCity.
They even have their own Twitter account live already (@sportl)
