Effort ratings – and extra effort to create a video

Fitlike side project to visualise and describe the effort ratings for sports activity, taking into account the baseline fitness of the individual.

(apologies for the funny angle and quiet sound – we were improvising with filming on a dSLR because Steve forgot the camcorder, the dSLR then ran out of battery because Steve forgot to charge it overnight, so we used an iPhone propped up on said dSLR. Hey – at least it’s not strobing like the others! )
